Return Eligibility

Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you about the refund decision.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
Received a damaged or defective product? Let us know immediately. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund, depending on availability.
