Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
  • Please include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or monogrammed bags
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you about the refund decision.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

Received a damaged or defective product? Let us know immediately. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Missing or Late Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:
