📦 Returns & Exchanges — Within 7 Days of Delivery

We want you to love every Siwayah bag you own. If something isn’t right, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.When returning a bag to Siwayah, please ensure that the item is packaged securely and returned in unused, undamaged condition.
If a returned bag is received in a damaged state, we will not be able to process the return, and the item will be sent back to the customer.Refunds from Siwayah are processed via bank transfer and apply to the product value only.

🔁 Exchanges — Delivery Charges Apply
